In February this year, two collaborative SHS workforce surveys were conducted:
- one by the Industry Partnership of individual SHS staff concerning staff work conditions and the support needed to improve outcomes for clients.
- one by the Social Policy Research Centre of SHS CEOs and HR Managers concerning SHS organisations more broadly.
The results of these surveys are being used to inform the homelessness workforce development plan for 2017-2020. The findings are now available in the following reports:
