SHS Sector Client Satisfaction Survey 2018

During February and March 2018 SHS providers were invited to participate in the SHS Sector Client Satisfaction Survey 2018 which was voluntarily implemented sector wide. This survey was designed to measure satisfaction with services and client outcomes resulting from accessing SHS services. The aims of the survey were to:

- provide common measures of client satisfaction for use by diverse homelessness services
- enable information sharing across the sector for benchmarking and transparency
- collect data annually to measure sector impact over time
